The Greater Lowell Area Skeptics Society (GLASS) was started to help foster a healthy community of critical thinkers who gather to talk, eat, drink, game, and whatever else we do to be fun and social. We hold up the candle of science to shine light on the darkness of all things pseudo-scientific. If you've ever questioned the evidence for psychics, ghosts, creationism, or the efficacy of alternative medicines, then you might be a skeptic. Join us.

Purpose? Parents helping each other to improve students' math skills. Our goal is to empower our children with Math knowledge/skills for better grades, better preparedness for college, and ability to excel in the global economy. We arrange Math Olympiads for kids from K to 8th grade.   There will not be math test for well behaved parents. :-) Feel free to join us.
